Trace ("we", "our", or "us") is operated under the brand Tinstel by its proprietor. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your information when you use the Trace software-as-a-service application and related websites.

We collect information necessary to deliver and operate customer enquiry tracking for your business:
- Account Information: Email address, workspace/store names, and staff role allocations.
- Store & Customer Inquiry Data: Customer contact names, phone numbers, inquiry requirements, tags, and internal notes entered by your authorized staff.
- Usage & Billing Metadata: Transaction reference IDs, subscription status, and basic telemetry to deliver service alerts and usage caps. We do not store raw card numbers; payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay).
3. How We Use & Protect Your Data
Your store's inquiry data belongs strictly to your business. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your customer inquiries to third parties. Access to store inquiries is protected via authenticated logins and database row-level security (RLS) policies scoped specifically to your team.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You may export, update, or request full deletion of your store records and account at any time by contacting our support team.
